5. SMS Terms of Service
- Sender & Program Scope: The sender is Joshua M. Abrams. Text messages are sent solely regarding your specific inquiry and direct conversational follow-up. No marketing, promotional, fundraising, or newsletter messages are transmitted via SMS.
- Voluntary Opt-In: SMS participation is completely voluntary. Entering a phone number alone does not opt you in. The consent checkbox begins unchecked and is not required to submit an inquiry. You can send a contact message without opting into SMS.
- Consent Disclosure: The exact opt-in agreement presented at the time of submission states:

- Opt-Out Instructions: To cancel SMS messaging at any time, reply STOP to any text message. A single confirmation message will be sent confirming your removal, and no further messages will be delivered.
